Cohen Marshall Blake

Cohen Marshall Blake age 5 of Ledbetter, KY passed away June 23, 2026 at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital, Nashville, TN.

He enjoyed riding his dirt bike, swimming and doing flips on his trampoline.

Survivors include his father Preston Blake and mother Lindsey Trail; brothers, Abel, Asher and Kaysen Blake and sister Preslee Blake; paternal grandparents, Sissy & David Conyer, Ron & Tiara Blake; maternal grandparents, Shatana Williams & Bud Trail; great grandparents, Larry Simpkins, Charlotte & Carroll Franklin, Linda & Kenny Penn; Gloria Mendiola.

Cohen was preceded in death by a great uncle, Paul Simpkins and cousin, Madison Conger and Pyper Trail.

Funeral services will be held Friday July 10, 2026 at 2 PM at Myers Funeral Home with burial in Asbridge Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5 – 8 PM on Thursday and from 9 AM until service time on Friday.
