David Householder Obituary

David Eugene Householder, age 67 of Marion, KY passed away Wednesday, April 8,2020 at Salem Springlake Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Mr. Householder served two tours of duty in the United States Air Force during the Viet Nam War as a dog handler. He worked at West Kentucky Steel for 30 years and enjoyed being outdoors.

He is survived by his life partner, Barbara Garrison, Marion, KY; son, Kevin (Rachel) Householder, Marion, KY; stepsons, Mark Garrison, Marion, KY; John (Megan) Garrison, Melber, KY and Joey Garrison, Eldorado, IL; a brother, Jim Householder, Waverly, KY; sisters, Jennie Summers Morganfield, KY and Carolyn Householder Ware, Dixon, KY; grandchildren, Cody, Brandon and Andrea Garrison; Lyllah Faye Householder,Jackson and Wyatt Cartwright, Hunter Denny and William Engelau; great granddaughter, Samara Garrison.

David was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Evans and Dorothy Elizabeth Blue Householder and a brother, Bob Householder.

Cremation has been chosen by Mr. Householder and a Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
