David Allen Perrin, age 55 of Salem, KY died October 22 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Evansville, IN. He is survived by a son, Garrett Perrin, Quincy, IL; mother, Erma Perrin, Salem, KY; father and step-mother, Allen and Joyce Perrin, Union Springs, AL; a brother Kevin (Donna) Perrin, Enterprise, AL; Sister, Shannon (Phillip) Nelson, Enterprise, AL; grandchildren, Kyle Perrin and Jennifer Perrin; uncle. Nickie Orndoff, Smithland, KY; and cousins Stephen Orndoff Sr. and Stephen Orndoff Jr., both of Smithland, KY. A memorial service will be held at a later date.  The Myers Funeral Home, Marion, KY is handling arrangements. Arrangements: Memorial Service at a later date
