Dorothy "Dottie" Winn

Dorothy “Dottie” Brookshire Winn age 52 of Marion, KY passed away Wednesday afternoon at her home. Mrs. Winn was employed as a secretary at the Marion United Methodist Church and the Crittenden County Economic Development Corporation. She was a member of Marion United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women. Dorothy is survived by a daughter, Saundra M. Winn, Marion, KY; stepson, John Winn, Hickory, KY and stepdaughter, Karen Gibson, Benton, KY;  her parents Perry and Saundra Sweeney Brookshire, Marion, Ky;  two sisters, Vicki Knight, Energy, IL and Cindy Stone, Benton, KY; a brother, Perry Brookshire III, Reedsville, NC; two grandchildren, two nieces and three nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth E. Winn. Funeral services will be held on Sunday at 2 P.M. at the Myers Funeral Home, Marion, KY with burial in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Caldwell County, Rev. Wayne Garvey officiating. The family will receive visitors on Saturday between the hours of 6 and 9 P.M. and on Sunday beginning at 9 A.M. and continuing until the time of the service.
