Helen Marjorie Robinson

Helen Croft Robinson age 90, devoted mother and grandmother passed away November 3, 2015 at Livingston Hospital and Healthcare Services after a brief illness and with her family at her side.  Helen was born November 22, 1924 in Tolu, KY to Roy L. and Ruby Croft, who preceded her in death along with her husband, Harold to whom she was married 35 years, infant daughter Joyce Ann and brother Neil. Helen was a teacher with the Crittenden County School System for 26 years retiring in 1980. She was a member of Liberty Grove Christian Church and Matlock Christian Church until her closings. Helen loved her life on the farm, caring for all the animals with the help of her family.  It was almost impossible to get her away from her homeplace for more than one day.  She was such a kind, gentle woman and will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Helen is survived by her daughter, Donna Tedford, grandsons James and Joseph Tedford, all of Marion, KY; brothers, Harold Keith (Joyce) Croft, Marion, KY and Franklin Croft, Evansville, IN; uncle Marvin Singleton, Salem, KY and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Saturday November 7, 2015 from 11 AM until 12:30 PM at Myers Funeral Home, Marion, KY at which time graveside funeral services will follow at Whites Chapel Cemetery with burial to follow. Memorial contributions may be made to Gideon’s International P. O. Box 304, Salem, KY 42078.   Arrangements: Visitation will be Saturday November 7, 2015 from 11 AM until 12:30 PM at Myers Funeral Home, Marion, KY at which time graveside funeral services will follow at Whites Chapel Cemetery with burial to follow.
