Larry Lee McKinney

Larry Lee McKinney age 71 of Marion, KY passed away at his residence August 19, 2014. He was a retired steelworker, a Vietnam Veteran of the United States Navy, a member of the American Legion and past Vice Commander of Post # 170 in Chesterton, IN. Mr. McKinney is survived by his wife Judy McKinney, Marion, KY; son, Christopher Alan McKinney, Wheatfield, IN; daughter, Dawn McKinney Bernsten, Valaparaiso, IN; brother, Alan McKinney, Portage, IN and sister, Rhonda Medows, Portland, TN; eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Oren and Irene Walter McKinney;daughter, Lisa McKinney; and brothers, Terry and Ronnie McKinney. Visitation will be held Friday August 22, 2014 at Myers Funeral Home, Marion, KY between 6 and 8 p.m. Cremation will follow the visitation.
