Lois Lee Butler

Lois Lee Butler age 95 of Marion, KY passed away March 11, 2022 at Livingston Hospital and Health Care Services.

She was a former employee of Potter and Brumfield and a member of Freedom General Baptist Church. She enjoyed crocheting, quilting and  sewing and had sold Mary Kay cosmetics. Spending time with her grandchildren and babysitting for family was one of her greatest joys.

Lois is survived by a daughter, Renea Truitt, Marion, KY; grandson, Jeff (Kristi) Butler, Marion, KY and granddaughter, Becky (Neal) Bryant, Marion, KY; seven great grandchildren; brother, Jerry Gass, Marion, KY; several nieces and nephews;daughter-in-law Brenda Butler Taylor, Princeton,KY along with Bobby Ayers.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Carmen Emery Butler; parents, Huston Lee and Daisy Rhea Wing Gass; son, Ronnie Butler; sister, Lavine Butler and brother, Orville Gass.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at 2 PM at Myers Funeral Home, Marion, KY with burial in Freedom Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 10AM Wednesday and continue until the service time at 2 PM.
