Margaret Louise Towery

Margaret  S. Towery age 93 of Marion, KY died Saturday March 16, 2013 at Crittenden County Health and Rehabilitation Center in Marion. She was a retired teacher and member of Marion Baptist Church.  Ms. Towery was a member of the Crittenden County Extension Homemakers, Crittenden County Retired Teachers and the Kentucky Retired Teachers Association. She is survived by a daughter, Nancy Brock, Marion, KY; three sons, Bill Towery, Marion, KY; Clark Towery, Scottsville, KY and Rob Towery, Marion, KY; eleven grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frederick and Helena Starke Schiemann. Funeral services will be held Thursday March 21 at 11 am at the Myers Funeral Home, Marion,KY with Rev. Jerry Thurman officiating. Burial will follow at the Shady Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Myers Funeral Home Wednesday between the hours of 5 and 8 pm and beginning at 9 am and continuing until the time of the funeral on Thursday. Memorial contributions may be made to the Marion Baptist Family Life Center 131  E. Depot Street, Marion, KY 42064.
