Marvin Dewey Pruitt

Marvin Dewey Pruitt age 50 passed away at his home November 26, 2020.

He attended Marion Baptist Church and worked as car lot manager for 20 years at Bobby Stinnett Used Cars. Dewey took pride in his vintage Mustang and enjoyed  watching wrestling and collecting wrestling memorabilia.                                                                                           

Survivors include his longtime companion Tanya Ramage, Marion, KY; step daughter Stephanie Powell-Midkiff; step grandchildren, Jacen Powell and Lucas Midkiff all of Indiana; brothers, Scott E. Pruitt, Eddyville, KY; Jerry L.. Pruitt, Marion, KY;  Rich Pruitt, Valparaiso, IN; Kenny Pruitt, Tucson, AZ; sisters, Stephanie Pruitt, Hopkinsville, KY; Neda Wright, Portage, IN; Dora Schumacker, Portage, IN; Elaina Lane, Chicago, IL; niece, Scoti Jones, Marion, KY and nephew, Jacob Pruitt, Morganfield, KY, many more nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Arvel and Rita Pruitt and a sister,

Charlotte Shanks.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at 11 AM at Myers Funeral Home, Marion, KY with burial in Dycusburg Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday, November 30, 2020 between the hours of 5 and 8 PM.

In keeping with state mandate, safe social distancing and masks are encouraged.
