Michael Ray Perryman

Michael Ray Perryman age 65 of Marion, KY passed away May 25, 2021 at the Linda E. White Hospice Center in Evansville, Indiana.

He was born in Marion, Kentucky June 10, 1955 to Geneva R. Perryman who survives and the late Robert L..Perryman. Michael worked for the Cattle Barn, Hog Market and later became a licensed auctioneer. He owned and operated Perryman Auction Barn in Marion, KY and also worked in the coal mines. He was an avid horse owner and trainer and loved dogs. He attended St. William Catholic Church and served in the United States Army for three years.

In addition to his mother, Geneva R. Perryman, Michael leaves behind two beloved daughters, Cassy (Justin) Grant and Mercedes (Brandon) Rushing; siblings, Sandra (John) Libby, Joanna Hookstratten, Stanley (Spenda) Perryman, Patty (late Barry) Gilbert, Sherry (Rick) Henderson, James Ralph Perryman; grandchildren, Austin Perryman, Caydence Rushing and Blakelee Rushing; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father Robert L. Perryman and brothers, Richard L and Steven W. Perryman.

There will be a time of gathering and remembrance Saturday, May 29th between the hours of 5 and 7 PM at Myers Funeral Home, Marion, KY.
