Philip Wane Wright

Philip Wane Wright 65 went to see Jesus Sunday morning December 14, 2025 at Livingston County Hospital.

Philip was a self-employed carpenter and woodworker. Philip attended church at Mt. Zion General Baptist Church in Cave In Rock, IL After his cancer diagnosis,

Philip said he was a winner either way. He would either be healed by God or he would be with God.

He is survived by His Loving God; wife of 42 ½ years Julie; son, Michael (Larre); daughter, Sallie (Chris) Hunter; grandson, Griffin Wright; granddaughters, Brody Wright, Reese Hunter and Callie Rae Hunter; brother, Eddie (Debbie);

sister, Melinda (Rick); nephews, Zachery and Adam; and a host of wonderful friends.

Philip was cremated according to his wishes and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
