Phyllis Kay Millikan age 71 of Marion, KY passed away Friday March 2, 2018 At Crittenden County Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Millikan is survived by daughter, Jennifer Edwards, Sturgis, KY; sons, Jeff Millikan Jeffersonville, IN and Jason Millikan, Morganfield, KY; three grandsons, one granddaughter, five great grandchildren; sisters, Zelma Lindle, Orlando, FL and Emma Fuller, Sturgis, KY. She was preceeded in death by her parents, William and Allie Truman Roberts; Husband, William Elmer Millikan. Cremation has been chosen by Mrs. Millikan and a memorial service will be held Saturday March 10th. at 1 p.m. in Sullivan Cemetery in Union County. Arrangements have been handled by Myers Funeral Home, Marion, KY.
