Rebecca Sue McConnell

Rebecca Sue McConnell age 97 of Marion, Kentucky passed away October 14, 2014 at Crittenden County Health and Rehabilitation Center. Mrs. McConnell retired from Marshall Fields Department Store in Chicago, Illinois. She was a member of Marion Baptist Church. She is survived by two daughters, Sarah McConnell, Fairbanks, Alaska and Shirley McKinney, Murray, KY; two grandchildren, Rhonda (Howard) Boone and Jay Hannah; two great grandchildren,Hannah and James Boone She was preceded in death by her parents, Green B. and Hattie Allen Johnson and husband Reed B. McConnell. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Saturday, October 18, 2014 at Myers Funeral Home, Marion, KY with burial in Mapleview Cemetery.  Visitation will begin at 9:30 AM Saturday and continue until the time of the service at Myers Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society,3140 Parisa Drive, Paducah, KY 42003  or the Crittenden County Public Library, 204 W. Carlisle Street, Marion, KY 42064. Arrangements: Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Saturday, October 18, 2014 at Myers Funeral Home, Marion, KY with burial in Mapleview Cemetery.  Visitation will begin at 9:30 AM Saturday and continue until the time of the service at Myers Funeral Home.
