Sarah Lucille Brandon

Sarah L. Brandon age 86 of Paducah, KY formerly of Marion, KY passed away Sunday October 26, 2014 at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah. She had worked in the office of her husband, Dr. Richard Miles Brandon for 31 years. Mrs. Brandon was a member of the Marion United Methodist Church. She is Survived by a daughter, Sarah K. Ransdell, Gulfport, MS and son Richard “Sam” Brandon, Georgetown, KY;  grandsons, Brandon Blake & R.M. Brandon; granddaughter, Sarah Katherine Grace Brandon; great grandson, Waylon H. Tussey; great granddaughter, J Claire Blake. Mrs. Brandon was preceded in death by her parents, James and Grace Whiteside Knight; Husband, Dr. Richard Miles Brandon; son, Miles Brandon; grandson, Calvin R. Parker and one sister. Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 30, 2014 at 12 O’clock noon at Myers Funeral Home, Marion, KY with entombment in Mapleview Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11 AM until the time of the service on Thursday. Memorial contributions may be made to either the Alzheimer’s Foundation or the Marion United Methodist Church building fund. Arrangements: Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 30, 2014 at 12 O’clock noon at Myers Funeral Home, Marion, KY with entombment in Mapleview Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11 AM until the time of the service on Thursday.
