Shirley Jean Conrad

Shirley Jean Conrad age 79 of Marion, KY died Saturday October 27 at Crittenden Health Systems. Mrs. Conrad was a member of Marion Baptist Church and had worked as a secretary at the State Penitentiary in Eddyville. She is survived by her daughter, Laura Conrad, Marion, KY; sister, Margaret Mulloy, Lexington, KY; one grandson, Nicholas Johnson, Marion, KY  and one granddaughter ;Sarah Knight, Marion, IL; three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Tommy and Bertie Lindsey Turner; husband, J.C. Conrad and two daughters. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at the Myers Funeral Home, Marion, KY with burial in Mapleview Cemetery.
