Sidney Dean Workman

Sidney Dean Workman age 77 of Marion, KY passed away Wednesday at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah. He was a retired heavy equipment mechanic and a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Mr. Workman is survived by his wife: Birdie Workman, Marion, KY; a son, Kevin Workman, Madisonville, KY; two daughters, Judy Murphy, Calvert City, KY and Diane Wheeler, Marion, KY ; one brother, Ted Workman, Marion, KY and three sisters, Nancy Byarley, Pearl Byarley and Betty Belt, all of Marion, KY; three  grandchildren, Cody Fox, Benton, KY; Kasey Hale, Marion, KY and Katrease Hale, Louisville, KY. He was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Leona Johnson Workman and one brother, Lyle Workman. Funeral services are scheduled for 1 PM Saturday at Myers Funeral Home, Marion, KY with burial in Mapleview Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Myers Funeral Home Friday between the hours of 5 and 8 PM.   Arrangements: Visitation Friday April 13, 2012 from 5 to 8 P.M. - Funeral Service Saturday April 14, 2012 at 1 P.M.
